WARNING REGARDING INSURING PACKAGES Courier Guy only offer insurance that covers NEW items. Of course Courier Guy will blame the insurance company for not offering this insurance. My advice to Courier Guy - NEGOTIATE WITH THE INSURERS. I sent expensive equipment to be serviced. Courier Guy could not offer insurance as it was classed as SECOND HAND EQUIPMENT. Unfortunately I bought the insurance without reading the agreement. Courier Guy was prepared to reimburse the money on the condition that I send MANY documents. The value of my time to prepare and send these documents exceeds the amount paid!! Outrageous!!! Rochelle Rubin
