WARNING!!! DO NOT USE The Courier Guy!!!

Yesterday I received a package sent from my mom and Dad in Cape town. The gift was for my housewarming gift. Upon receiving my package, I saw that it was properly packaged and labeled. When unboxing my package, I then saw I was properly wrapped with bubble wrap and packed very well. As I proceeded to unpack, I realized that two of my glass bowls were broken and one lid was broken.

And could only have happened as a result of negligence and mishandling the package or just not giving the package the care it deserved.

I am so disappointed because this is glass bowls my mom cherished. and now its broken!

I wouldn't recommend sending packages with the courier guy if this is how poorly they handle packages that are clearly marked as fragile and breakable!!!
