warning!!! bad service bad attitude rude late deliveries

bad service bad service bad service sent a parcel to a customer and it was late and i kept calling and calling finally got a lady by the name glay/clay with bad attitude and rude with her bad service i am so dissapointed, angry and hurt that somebody can be so rude like that even when they are wrong ,they have to ask for my clients number that is even attached on the package and even **** that they called ,
