WANT TO CHARGE R50 PER DAY FOR STORAGE FEES

Stay away from the Courier Guy in Preller Bloemfontein!!! They want to charge R50 per day storage fees for a parcel they failed to deliver! When asked in terms of what contract they are entitled to charge storage fees, they claimed that it is stipulated in the terms and conditions on the waybill. I perused the terms and conditions but could not find such a clause.

The staff is extremely rude and does not even greet a person when they arrive.

Rather make use of Postnet around the Corner, much better service and the staff is way more friendly.
