Want a pakage delievered the same day? Not going to happen

Fool me once Shame on me fool me twice shame on you!

Their slogan says "best courier service in South Africa" but it is not true,twice now I have booked SAME DAY DELIVERY (in the same city by the way) which according to me means it is delivered the same day I book the package, now I know it has to be booked before 10am so I book it at 6:15am, but then by 5pm that SAME day it is still not delivered, eventually I get hold of someone and they tell me it will be delivered The next day, WHICH IS NOT WHAT I PAID FOR. So the next morning I try to get hold of them again and no reply.

This is pathetic service what is the point of offering same day delivery services if it is not going to be delivered the same day?
