Waiting delivery

I have been waiting for my parcel for a very long time from this company. For the past two days I have been calling them they telling me that the parcel would be delivered toay I phoned again the guy told me that he is going to call the person who has the parcel and would get back to me that was in the morning and I'm still waiting for the call and the parcel still hasn't been delivered the they claim that they their first attempt of delivery was on the 17th and here we are 14 days later my parcel hasn't been delivered. Who do I contact ina case like this I'm loosing business and no one is going to compensate me I'm really not impressed. I'm ****ed off sorry for the language but that's how I'm feeling right now
