Vredenburg Courier Guy

My mom recently sent me a slow cooker from Vredenburg Courier guy to my work in Knysna. When I got home and unpacked it, the whole ceramic bowl was in pieces and the walls were bent in like it was thrown. When I contacted the Vredenburg branch about the problem, they say they would investigate. A week later I asked for an update, it wasn't a second later I got a reply saying that they couldn't see any negligence from their side and it must have happened during transit. and that I should keep in mind that it is a glass item sent at own risk. That cooker was packed full of paper tighter than a ticks ass, the box was covered in fragile stickers. And they just roll up their shoulders. I will never use Courier guy again.
