Volumetric Weight increased overnight. Disgraceful.

I can honestly not believe how quickly the courier guys standards have dropped. Overnight and without warning they decided to increase their prices. They increased their volumetric weight on standard flyer bags from 2kg to 3kg. Which makes each parcel R10 more. Now R10 is not a lot, but when your business depends on using a courier company, then every R10 counts.

Now I have to increase my courier charges and look as unprofessional as The Courier Guy because the big companies can do whatever they want.

I will be making much less use of the courier guy because this is completely unacceptable.
