VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

Good afternoon,

My rating is zero for them.

I am very disappointed in your customer service will not even recommend that anybody should use your courier company.

I am still waiting on my parcel it should have been delivered on Friday 7.6.2024 then the excuse was used my phone is off, which is not true my phone is never switched off I use my phone for work why would it be off.

Monday 10.6.2024 – received an sms at 6h52am stating that the parcel is out for Delivery.

I phoned just after 8am to find out about the delivery – I was said to stay on the line so that they can phone the driver to find out where they at – I was told he will be here at 10h30 – nobody pitched up.

I phoned after 11h00am again – I was once again said to stay on the line so that they can phone the driver – I was told he will be there in 5min’s – nobody pitched up.

I phoned at 13h42 – I was told to stay on the line – the lady advise that she did speak to her manager and they busy investigating why it was still not delivered and the manager will phone me shortly – till now nobody phoned.

Can someone higer up please sort out this ASAP.
