Very very poor service

On the 28/10/2020 at 08:34 i booked a parcel to be collected in Western Cape and delivered in Pretoria(booking***) It was only collected on 29/10/2020 after i called and reminded them about the parcel. I then received a tracking number TCG***5. Up to this date 06/11/2020 i havent received the parcel or any explanation about my parcel. If you phone Courier guy you can only speak to the person answering the phone and then they said they can only send a mail to the security to look for the parcel. It seems that if they lost your parcel they keep quiet and hope not to hear from you again
