Very very bad service Courier Guy

I have shipped a parcel on the 6th December 2024 & it was supposed to be delivered yestesday. The parcel was from Bloemfontein to Vryburg. I phoned the Vryburg offices numurous times, but they don't answer the phone. When I finally came through, the lady said she will phone the courier & phone me back. She never phoned me back. This is very bad service & I feel they can close down the branch in Vryburg, there is a lot of other companies that do want to do business.
