Very Very Bad service :(

My parcel was out for delivery on 1 December 2023. Then it was returned to the hub with the excuse that the person it was delivered to does not know about the parcel. REALLY!!!! Obviously the incorrect address and nobody even bothered to call me and confirm. Then on 2 December I called them and they confirmed that the delivery was out and I will definitely receive it. It was again returned to the hub with the excuse "no access". What a lot of ******* since the complex gate is out of order and standing wide open!! AGAIN nobody contacted me. I called on Monday 4 December and again was promised delivery. I also confirmed the delivery address!! It again was returned to the hub this time with the excuse that I must confirm the delivery address. REALLY!!! I phoned again this morning and was told that the address is correct on their side and delivery will be made only TOMORROW!! I am sure tomorrow there will be another excuse. What a lot of incompetency people. :(
