Very very bad service @ The courier guy.

I am very disapointed with the service i received as a regular customer of Courier guy. Only half of the parcel were received with the delivery. Nobody can tell you where the other piece are and nobody phones you back about the parcel , I don't know what the people do from 7:00am to 7:00pm because they dont phone you back.Then i dont know how it can take 3days for a kiosk to do a floor check. Now i have to wait more than 3-4 days for the rest of my parcel , if i am going to get it. I had to pay for the full parcel before i could get the piece i actually received. The other day i received my boxes damaged because the handling of the parcels are not very good. Then they tell you they handle it with care. With holes in i dont think it was handled good. Or they just don't pick up all you boxes at the collection address then you have to pay twice for the same thing. Pathetic. Then you actually have to give them the quantity and weights to pick up and they dont pick up all the boxes??....How do they control the pick up quantities , well i dont think that there are any control.
