Very very bad service

Time and again I have had a run in with them and end up with the same disappointed results. I refuse to use them for sending any of my own parcels, unfortunately I can't stop suppliers from using them and sending me parcels via them. My latest run in I was phoned and asked to come collect my own parcel from a local garage because I was 2.5km out of the way for them and I either had to go fetch it or pay them an extra R450.00 to travel the extra 2.5km, and my correct address was on the parcel. Mind blowing
