VERY UPSET

I'm So ****ed off with the service that I received from the takeout department in Capetown. they did not deliver one of my parcels when I phoned they could not track my parcel I ask them to please to have a look and let me know so I can do a re-booking. no one got back to me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! when I phoned back they said I never phone and they will let me know where the parcel is. It's been 3 days with nobody contacting me when I phone that department won't take my calls have left my number so many times. Takealot has cancelled my order I lost money and they have charged me a failure to deliver charges. can not believe that a courier company can treat the client and there parcels like ****
