Very unprofessional and no service

I absolutely feel that this company deserves no starts. We have experienced worse customer service from them. We receive no phone calls. Cannot get hold of anyone. Each person transfer you to someone else but noting gets resolved. The saddest thing is they dont even care they have so many bad reviews.

We have used different courier companies. We however stuck with the courier guy since they have the best rates. However the service we have experience does not add up the cost we are saving. We will rather use a more expensive company and will give us better service
