Very unhappy with poor service

Very unhappy with poor service. I was told parcel VCGRGM is ready for collection today at The Courier Guy Rivonia branch. My customer went there to collect only to be told it's not there yet even though I have been told by multiple consultants that the parcel is ready for collection today 6 October 2025. Its still not there?
