Very Unhappy - Poor Customer Service!!!!

Very unhappy with the service I received the last time I used Courier guy. I was always very happy with them as they provided great service. I've send biltong from Vanderbijlpark to Chatsworth Kwazulu-Natal on Wednesday 30 December 2020 and I was advised that it will be delivered the next day Thursday 31 December 2020. They value of the biltong was over R600.00 and I did advise them there is biltong in there and it must be kept cool. To my disappointment the package was only delivered Monday 4th of January 2021. The biltong was totally off & green already. I have logged a complaint with them and was asked to submit bank statements, slip for biltong & Id which I've submitted... I was told they will refund me. Almost a month later today 25th of January 2021 I still don't have any feedback from them. I'm really unhappy with this whole situation.
