VERY UNHAPPY!!!

I have had the worst experience ever with THE COURIER GUY. The support team does not get back to you, the recpetion or call centre drops the call. My delivery was supposed to arrived on Friday, but it was collected only on Friday. Then it was supposed to be delivered to Durban on Monday. Up to today it still in Cape Town! I keep on phoning the call centre number, even Cape Town branch but the phone does either not get answered or the call is dropped. Not a happy customer.
