VERY POOR SERVICE THE COURIER GUY TZANEEN

ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE-We have been doing business with Tzaneen branch for a few years now-first few years was awesome with great service .Now with new personnel they cannot call us on the correct number witch was loaded with them but personnel is not very interested in helping .Delivery of multiple packages from one batch from same company not delivered -some packages went to Phalaborwa .Yesterday pick up arranged ,not picked up. I need a to know why am I GETTING POOR SERVICE FROM TZANEEN OFFICE .PLEASE LET SOMEONE FROM HEADOFFICE CONTACT ME
