Very Poor Service – Parcel Not Delivered Since 4 March

I am extremely frustrated with the service from The Courier Guy. The tracking system states that the driver “failed to deliver” my parcel, but no delivery attempt was made and no driver came to my address.

The parcel has been sitting undelivered since 4 March 2026. I have contacted customer service several times and sent numerous emails, yet no one can provide a clear explanation or tell me when my parcel will actually be delivered.

This parcel contains my son’s school project, which is urgently needed for school. The lack of communication, incorrect tracking information, and complete delay in resolving this issue is unacceptable.

I would appreciate urgent intervention and a clear update on when my parcel will be delivered.
