Very Poor Service – Locker Not Working, Parcel Inaccessible

I’m extremely disappointed with the service from PUDO (The Courier Guy lockers). I received a notification that my parcel was delivered to the Soweto Park locker on Friday the 20th. However, when I went to collect it, the locker system was not working at all. I immediately contacted customer service, but the response was unhelpful and lacked urgency. What’s even more frustrating is that days later, the locker is still not working, and there has been no proper update or resolution. I’ve been told that they are “not sure” when it will be fixed, while my parcel remains locked inside with no access. There seems to be a serious issue with communication and system updates. Customers are left stranded without their parcels and without clear timelines or accountability. This experience has been highly inconvenient and stressful. I expected a reliable and efficient service, but unfortunately, this has been the opposite. I would not recommend using this service until they improve their system reliability and customer support.
