Very poor service

The Courier guy is really poor in their service.Booked a shipment for delivery on the 29 August 2024 at Lenasia kiosk due for delivery in CPT on the 1 August 2024.Followed up on the delay shipment with their support team and was told that booking was delayed because of an outstanding payment.I paid cash and paid what the consultant requested me to pay.Because i followed up with the support team they only got back to me on the 1 August. They trying to shift the blame yet their kiosk in Lenasia messed up.This is with no apology from TCG .Absolutely ridiculous service. Re thinking sending future shipments with them.
