Very poor Service and Rude Staff

18-04-2023 I phoned the Lichtenburg Branch asking them to do a collection in Sandon. I told the lady that the parcel is urgent and it is medication. So collection was arranged for 19-04-2023 before 14h00. The parcel has been collected. Then my Dr phoned to told my that we need to adjust the meds. So I phoned the lady at Lichtenburg to confirm if the parcel will be here tomorrow morning? The parcel is overnight that means it should be here the next morning. Because it's urgent and overnight! The lady told my that overnight will be 2 - 3 days!!! Why should you pay for overnight if it take 2-3 days? I told her she need to make a plan, to ensure the package will be here. Then she got very rude, and told me as a client that i'm irresponsible to let a courier pick up the injections. I told her that she is very unprofessional to be rude and to make such statement. This was totally unacceptable! I will never prefer anyone to Courier Guy Lichtenburg, Service and staff friendliness is non-exsitend.
