Very poor service and constant overcharging by The Courier Guy

Am very discouraged to see how many complaints have been made about TCG. Am very dissatisfied with the constant overcharging for couriers sent from my account with TCG. Despite repeated attempts to have the problem of overcharging rectified, I am repeatedly overcharged amounts above the quote provided. Staff are unresponsive to complaints, there is no customer service dept to contact and no attempt has been made to rectify the constant overcharging. Very poor service
