Very poor service and communication

These guys just put me through a terrible inconvenience. They charged me in full before they dispatch my order, which is understandable. They told me that they will fetch my parcel on Friday after I made payment. By 4pm the parcel still hadn't been fetched. I called them and they assured me that it will be picked up by that evening. So I waited all of Friday at home waiting for them and they did not pitch up. I called again on Saturday morning and after holding the line for about 5 minutes I was cut off. I called this morning and was told that the driver was experiencing heavy traffic issues and that's why they didn't come. My parcel was supposed to be in Cape Town tomorrow. They have now informed me after i called to query, that it will only be there on Wednesday. And through all of this I still haven't received a call from them informing me about anything. This is pathetic service.
