Very poor service

Very bad service! They take days to do a pick up! And when asked about it they are very rude to customers.....I had a parcel booked on monday the driver only showed up on Wednesday but when you book there lockers they barely give you enough time to drop off and collect but when it comes to them picking up your parcels they take forever! Also have parcels that are open and broken!
