Destination from jhb is at a reserve somewhere between Tzaneen and Hoedspruit, Courier guy should rather employ literate employees as this is absolutely disgusting service. Why should the package even reach nelspruit ? and not the Hoedspruit branch as the package was sent to Hoedspruit and then to nelspruit.

This is affecting my business and my clients are very very unhappy.
