Very Poor Customer Care

I think it is now high time to stop using their services that I used to enjoy for years. Maybe they have outgrown themselves. The customer service is plummeting with every year. I paid for overnight, and as far as I know, I should get the product the next day in the morning; now it can take two days. I phoned the so-called customer care, and the girl on the other side said to me, "Sir, overnight means one to two days!" SMH I've been using OVN for many years! Overnight is overnight! . I am very unhappy with courier guy these days, we are running a business, and we make promises to customers too. Like I said, they have outgrown themselves and do not care anymore
