Very Pathetic

Very pathetic. I made an online order from AutoStyle Motorsport which I will also not recommend, where they send my p****l to the wrong address. After many failed attempts sending emails and calling AutoStyle. I called the courier guy in Johannesburg and spoke to them. They changed my address and assured me everything is correct. The day after I received a mail stating that my p****l has been delivered and singed for by the wrong person and the wrong address. When I found Johannesburg again they said they never changed the addresston the parcel label itself. So they then transferred me to the Krugersdorp branch where the wrong address was given to. They said that they will change the address and then send it back to me. This is very pathetic how can a courier service changes an address on their system bit not on the parcel itself? This is very pathetic as they explained when they deliver a p****l to a home address they don't care who signs for it nor who order it as long as it delivered. This is pathetic
