Very Dissapointed

For years the service received was amazing until they misplaced a parcel that was marked as delivered to me. Liesel the agent I am dealing with regularly makes commitments, then does not honour the commitments. The call center refuse to escalate any issue or problem solve to find a solution, After sales service is non existent.
