Very Disappointed and sad!!!!!!

I am very disappointed with the driver that went to collected a wrong parcel and scanned the information in my name, they have delivered a wrong package and it was supposed to be for my son's birthday today, i had to drive to collected and they don't want to give me my refund back because its the drivers fault not mine, i phone the shop to enquire about this mess and they stated it was the driver because he came requesting a parcel for someone and the next day he returned again to collect the same parcel and he signed for it already.
