VERY DISAPPOINTED

Very Disappointed in Courier Guy , I created a pickup , and on the waybill there was only 3 products that needed to be picked up, the driver of courier guy and the Company of the pickup, both where in faultt, they ended up loading over 13 products. And I got a bill of R16 000 , which I did contact Courier Guy , they just said it was not their fault , It was both courier guy and the companies fault, at the end the Company needed to pay a fee of R3000 to Courier Guy , just for my 3 parcel like I arranged in the begin to be delivered to me, Courier guy didn't even take any accountability . I have a business and and use courier guy a lot , but after that I will never use Courier guy again, waited 2 weeks for my 3 parcels to be delivered . Like I said I have a business We are a Wine Cellar and needed the products for our wine proces . Courier guy I am very disappointed . I will tell everyone I know how bad your service is. and I know a lot of people and businesses.
