Very disappointed ☹️

I have been using this service forever I must say I’m disappointed this time I deposited a parcel Monday , ion Wednesday wen I check I see there hasn’t been any update on the collection I called them to open a case turns out the person I spoke to ddnt even open the case , wen I call on Thursday only then the case was opened and was given case number , this had to be delivered on Wednesday already it’s Friday o hv been on the phone for15 minutes already no one cares I will be moving my business else where as a small business I am utterly disappointed and disgusted honestly
