Very disapointed long term client

Be wary when you get a quote from the courier guy , They change the dimensions of your parcels and then you get charged an astronomical amount . Then when you query it , The people in customer service just shrug it off as if you don't matter. Their fragile stickers measures 15 cm and I had one on the side of my package which was the size of the parcel , Yet they insist that the parcel is actually in fact 62 cm long . They even sent me a photo of the parcel which clearly shows the fragile sticker on the side . It leaves a vile taste in my mouth and I will now be sourcing another courier company
