VERY BAD SUPPORT SERVICE

I sent a package to my father in law and stated to the driver also that it is fragile, as it got to the destination everything was broken and conents spilled even outside on the waybill. I called and the lady said I have to send them an email. I emailed courier guy and no response at all.

I am so frustrated as nobody wants to take responsibility regarding the package and it's not like they couldve missed to see the contents were spilled everywhere. It was bubble wrapped in a bag and into the courier guy bag.

I am dissapointed and this is putting it mildly.
