Very bad service

Been waiting for my parcel and waiting some more. No responses on on messages, got message of Facebook that parcel will be delivered yesterday afternoon, still nothing and no reply, almost like they are being spiteful. Phoned their office 9 times on Friday and when I finally got through the guy put the phone down in my ear while I was explaining my problem. My thought was hey, its Friday and probably having their year end function so the hell with helping this woman. The problem I have is that I cant sit around at home waiting for the parcel. I actually have things to do. I will keep on using other services because the first experience I have had with them is not only very unprofessional, time consuming, irritating and completely unacceptable. None of their messaging sevices work, you will wait until 2025 to get a response. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL, rather pay 50 extra and use aramex or postnet to postnet for your own sanity.
