Very bad service

Parcels is not delivered on time. Today is the third time that The courier Guy was suppose to deliver goods at my adress. Everytime my delivery is deliver 1 to 3 days after the scheduled delivery date. Yesterday They send me a email to verify the adress. The adress they have does not appear on the adress I provided. When asking them if I can send a pin location I did not receive an reply. Today they phoned me at 15:00 requesting that I must go and collect at the warehouse alternatively I must meet the driver at a location away from my specified delivery adress. This is really very bad service and if this is how they treat customers I will not recommend them again and in future request that companies use somebody else for my deliveries.
