Very bad service by Courier Guy

Very bad experience with Courier Guy - it's now after 7 working days and our parcel is still not delivered - their own tracking system on their website shows that they picked up the parcel on Tuesday last week on 12 May fTown rom Cape and the parcel was dispacthed to Polokwane on Thursday 14 May but our recipient still does not have it - evrytime we call them they tell us lies..
