Very Bad service

Very Bad experience I sent an overnight Drlivery with them on the 20th of November the Receipiant has not received it till now they charged me R158 the following morning the Demanded an extra R43 when you call them the first guys gave me a wrong number which doesn't exist the second Indian lady from Ladysmith DEPOT was very rude im never going to use their service ever again
