VERY BAD SERVICE

The courier guy lost my parcel, didnt answer their phones or emails, phoned head office they couldnt help me, when i phoned every time you can hear how someone picked up the phone and put it down in my ear before even saying hello. My supplier sent 14 emails regarding the lost parcel none of them where answered. Bad service, lack of communication and bad business ethics. Disappointed
