Very bad, poor unprofessional confusing service.

I bought parts, it was packed, parcel weighing 25 kg. When trying to book the parcel for collection at Swellendam kiosk, Angela told me the parcel was to heavy (cannot exceed the maximum of 17 kg's). After a lot of confusion, the parcel was booked. Upon mentioning it to the company from which I bought, I was informed that 3 clients prior to me also complained about this issue. The manager of Swellendam kiosk never even bothered to call me as I requested.
