Very bad experience with The Courier Guy

I had such a bad experience with The Courier Guy. They confirmed at two different occasions that they can deliver a parcel at Lusikisiki. After numerous phone calls and many different stories they informed me today that they do not have that route anymore and asked if they should send it back to me. This was a business parcel and my client missed the deadline because of The Courier Guy. I am so disappointed in their service and am so sorry that I made use of their service and in the process let my client down.
