Very bad company i want my this today

I have been waiting for my shipment when i track it says i have entered a pin and my parcel is Delivered yet i have not even recieved a pin when i call they confirming that it has been deliverd in East London my address clearly states that i am in Pretoria how do i get my things now? Yet i need them for my wedding on Saturday 30 November i don't care if it in their account i want by things as early as tomorrow morning 28/11/2024
