Very bad

I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers from bathu only to receive 1 pair and I tried to reach out to the courier guy only to be told that they delivered everything. I even asked the driver where is the other pcs as on the waybill it was written 1/2 and he said myb they split the order. Which doesn't make sense bcoz it was one order. Till today I haven't got wat happened to my other order
