Utterly pathetic service from The Courier Guy

Utterly unprofesional and pathetic service from their Middelburg and Nelspruit branches.

I paid R597 for a overnight delivery from Middelburg to Malelane, calling them after 10 days of no communication and the package still not delivered.

I was informed by my client to whom the package was sent, that he called them to track his order, just to be informed after 10 days that the package can not be delivered to him because the do not have a truck. So why take my package in the first place? My business is getting a bad reputation because of unprofesional service and and untrained personell. I am as yet still waiting for feedback from a so called area manager on what the plan is to actually get my parcel delivered. So much for overnight delivery..
