Utterly Disgusting Service

The Courier guy as a whole was is an issue. When I booked my parcel on Thursday Night I had an option of Local Same Day Delivery (collect & Delivery on Friday) only to find out on Friday night that the parcel was only going to be delivered on Monday. When asking why, I was told Paarl was not considered "Local" but then WHY was this an option for my package delivery? I specifically booked same day delivery because my client needed the parcel for a competition on Saturday morning. I'm utterly disgusted with their service as a courier company and this is not the first time it has happened but it will be the last because I will NEVER use their services again.
