Utter disappointment - Zero ethics

I used The Courier Guy to deliver some really important documents. The delivery seemed incredibly efficient and were available in the delivery locker within the day. The locker unfortunately did not open when the recipient went to collect the docs and that is when things began to head south. The Courier Guy refused to take any responsibility for this mistake and then ghosted us while we followed up. It has been months of us reaching out to them and they have now claimed that the recipient was colluding with the delivery driver to try **** them. These claims are absolutely ludicrous and I have never dealt with a less ethical company. Could not be more disappointed with their customer service and how little accountability they are willing to take for issues with their locker system.
