Usless and *********** customer services

The most useless and *********** company, and customer service. I went to fetch a package at one of their PUDO lockers on the 22nd of June, however, I couldn't retrieve it because the locker was faulty, I then contacted customer services notifying them of this problem on the same day and they said they would make arrangements to fetch the package and notify me. On the 9th of July I contacted them again to check what was taking so long, all for them to tell me the package was still in the locker. I obviously was not impressed and asked them to remedy this immediately, they then said they would fetch it and drop it at my house. It is now the 1 August and I have still not had this package delivered or heard anything back from this useless company. Save yourself the time and money by never using this company
