USLESS

They lost my parcel the first time I used them !! How howw are they doing this to us ?!!! It was a expensive birthday gift to my sister AND ITS JUST GONE !!! "oh mam so sorry ! " an entire important day DEMOLISHED because courier guy can't do their jobs !! I'm so upset so upset I'm nearly in tears !! The biggest mistake I ever made was trusting them.with something so important. Please please DON'T USE THEM !
